The International Controller will oversee regional accounting, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and provide financial guidance for markets in Asia.

Supports quality assurance document control in a regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include writing and editing standard operating procedures and instructional documents, coordinating interdepartmental reviews, representing QA in meetings, training document users, supporting regulatory audits, and ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.

Own creation and maintenance of product master data in Oracle Fusion PLM, manage approval workflows, resolve rejected submissions, and ensure approved data is released for downstream integration into SAP. Monitor SLAs and data quality, partner with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, support issue resolution, and recommend process and governance improvements.

Support formulation and development of oils, personal care, and household products. Manage ingredient documentation, vendor coordination, lab experiments, stability and safety testing, sensory evaluations, and technical records in Coptis and a PLM. Provide technical support, maintain GMP/GLP training, and collaborate with QA, QC, Regulatory, and Marketing.

Partner with Wellness Advocates up to Premier to provide customer service, compensation-plan education, rank tracking, exception management, tailored growth strategies, and coordination of conference calls and follow-up communications to support business advancement.

Lead and develop a video production and post-production team to deliver high-quality marketing and communications video content. Oversee concept development, production, editing, motion graphics, schedules, budgets, equipment, workflows, and asset management while ensuring brand consistency and mentoring team members.

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, social media, websites, events, and training. Operate cameras, lighting, and audio; edit with color correction, sound mixing, motion graphics, and basic VFX; manage projects from pre-production to delivery; maintain media libraries; and collaborate with creative, marketing, and wellness leaders.

Conduct product safety evaluations and toxicological research for formulations and raw materials. Draft and review safety and risk assessments, perform literature searches, analyze scientific and statistical data, write technical reports, and support cross-functional coordination under limited supervision.
