Partner with management to provide HR guidance, administer HR policies and HRIS data (pay/benefits/employment history), manage employee relations and investigations, support performance management, and ensure compliance with employment law.

Support day-to-day compensation administration including market pricing, job architecture, HRIS data maintenance, survey participation, reporting, audits, and annual review preparation. Partner with HRBPs, recruiters, and managers to provide wage guidance, validate compensation data, handle routine compensation inquiries, and escalate complex or high-risk pay matters while maintaining confidentiality.

Create print and digital design solutions, maintain brand standards and templates, manage projects from concept through production, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and stay current with design trends and tools to deliver high-quality work on deadline.
