Lead and build the consumer growth function end-to-end: acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. Own paid media, e-commerce channels (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop), lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, push), CRO and A/B testing, affiliate/referral programs, channel P&Ls, dashboards/attribution, and collaborate with data and external media partners to scale CAC efficiency and ROAS.

Own and improve customer and product data pipelines, CDP and analytics platforms (Segment, Mixpanel, BigQuery, dbt). Build analytics-ready models, replace fragile integrations, enforce data governance, QA, and monitoring, and partner with engineering, product, marketing, and sales to enable downstream reporting and activation.

Build and scale a high-output creator program that drives revenue: recruit, activate, and retain creators, run community engagement, manage TikTok Shop affiliate performance, handle contracts and content rights, and develop systems to turn creator content into predictable growth.
