Own company-wide product strategy and direction across consumer, subscription, B2B, and connected product experiences. Build and lead the product organization, define platform strategy, improve activation and retention, guide customer discovery, and partner with Design and Engineering to ship high-quality products. The role requires balancing individual and organizational user needs, managing product tradeoffs, hiring product talent, and working closely with the CEO in a founder-led company.

Lead industrial design across dot.cards’ physical product portfolio, including connected devices, wearables, accessories, displays, packaging, and AI hardware. Develop concepts, CAD models, renderings, prototypes, materials, finishes, and manufacturing specifications. Partner with product, software, engineering, procurement, operations, and overseas manufacturers from concept through production. Lead design direction, factory reviews, external partners, design standards, and concurrent product initiatives while balancing usability, quality, durability, cost, tooling, and launch timing.

Coordinates custom product orders, inventory, Amazon FBA replenishment, shipments, suppliers, product development tracking, S&OP readiness, SOPs, sample production, invoices, SKUs, facilities requests, and office supplies. Maintains action-item trackers, follows up on deadlines, supports warehouse and procurement workflows, and prepares operational reports and materials.
