Own product strategy and roadmap for core platform primitives (tables, workflows, interfaces, dashboards, IA, permissions, mobile). Partner with engineers and design to prioritize, discover, and deliver composable building blocks used by internal builders and end customers. Drive system-level decisions, shape product-area splits, and support scaling and onboarding for new engineers.

The Portfolio Manager leads a PMO team, managing complex client relationships throughout the post-sales lifecycle from discovery to implementation and go-live, while also mentoring team members and driving automation and AI improvements.

The Product Manager will own the product development lifecycle for key operations modules, focusing on user needs, technical integration, and release management. Responsibilities include roadmap sequencing, PRD writing, and collaborating with engineering and implementation teams.
