Own financial operations for a $28M+ company, including accounts payable and receivable, monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, expense tracking, budget monitoring, cash flow, debt tracking, and financial process automation. The Controller will coordinate with bookkeeping and advisory partners, maintain accurate records, provide actionable analysis to leadership, and ensure timely, disciplined accounting operations.

Sell print and direct-mail solutions to inbound leads and business owners through high-volume calls, follow-up, quoting, education, and account development. Convert free accounts into paying customers, grow recurring mail-sending volume, manage customer relationships, and meet sales targets in a remote, commission-only environment. Success requires prior sales experience, strong objection handling, organization, self-direction, CRM familiarity, and comfort with high-volume phone work.

Sell print and direct-mail products through inbound leads and high-volume outbound calling. Qualify customer needs, provide quotes, educate prospects on direct-mail strategies, close transactions, and convert free accounts into paying customers. Manage follow-up, grow an account book, and earn uncapped tiered commissions based on print sales and mail-sending volume. The role is fully remote, commission-only, and includes training on DOPE 360, HubSpot, and internal systems.
