Owns end-to-end production of campaign appeal videos, including ideation, scripting, planning, shoot management, coordination with creative partners, editing oversight, and final delivery. Collaborates with marketing, partnerships, business development, production teams, and NGOs to create compelling visual narratives. Manages multiple projects, researches platform trends, and optimizes videos, thumbnails, and graphics using performance insights to increase audience engagement and donations.

Leads CSR fundraising, corporate partnership acquisition, revenue growth, proposal development, negotiations, and account management. Builds CXO-level relationships, closes high-value deals, expands existing partnerships, oversees program delivery and impact reporting, and mentors the partnerships team. Success is measured by funds raised, new partnerships, retention, conversion rates, and pipeline strength.
