The Senior Quality Engineer will enhance the automation framework, improve automated coverage, drive quality in compliance-critical software, and establish testing pipelines while collaborating with multiple teams.

Embed with life sciences customers to build and deploy production-grade AI/MLOps solutions on the Domino platform. Deliver end-to-end ML workflows, cloud and Kubernetes integrations, GPU workloads, monitoring, and reusable playbooks. Advise technical and business stakeholders, translate field feedback to product teams, and own customer engagements from onboarding through strategic scale.

Lead and scale pre-sales/solutions engineering as a function: set qualification and POC standards, coach SEs, enforce deal rigor, partner with sales leadership, recruit and operate pre-sales capacity and cadence for large enterprise AI deals.

Lead development of AI-assisted reliability tooling, own incident response end-to-end, improve observability and SLO/SLI frameworks, scale single-tenant SaaS operations, mentor engineers, and reduce recurring operational toil through engineering and automation.

The Account Executive will focus on selling Domino's platform to Life Sciences organizations, developing relationships with executives, and driving sales strategies to generate significant revenue.

Lead technical evaluations, demos, and proof-of-concepts of the Domino platform for US federal and defense customers. Design solution architectures meeting federal security/compliance (FedRAMP, IL5), build reusable demo assets, and drive post-POC adoption working with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architects to increase win rates and accelerate deployment.

As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer, you will lead the development of AI-assisted reliability tools, improve observability, own incident response, mentor engineers, and enhance reliability through engineering and automation.

Manage inbound security and quality questionnaires, operate day-to-day QMS/GRC tooling, maintain training and records, keep Jira and Confluence current, support audits (SOC 2/ISO/CMMC), draft and edit SOPs and control evidence, and accelerate questionnaire turnaround using answer libraries and agentic AI tooling.

Perform hands-on vulnerability triage and risk assessment across OS, containers, and dependencies; validate and reproduce customer and pentest findings; maintain and troubleshoot SAST/DAST and scanning pipelines; build PoC exploits to validate real-world risk; partner with Engineering to prioritize and ship fixes; improve vulnerability management processes and SLAs.

Own end-to-end customer programs for enterprise life sciences accounts: manage delivery pods, ensure adoption and compliance, translate executive strategy into executable plans, drive expansion, and act as the customer voice into product and commercial teams.

The Customer Success Manager will maintain relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction, drive revenue generation, and support Domino Cloud adoption.

Design and develop software solutions enhancing user experience for Governance features, contribute to open-source software, communicate technical designs, and support team quality through reviews.
