Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, resolves tickets, manages Mac and Windows laptop provisioning, supports employee onboarding and offboarding, delivers IT training, administers Google Workspace and Okta access, and documents scalable IT processes. The role also supports identity management, endpoint management, knowledge-base development, and reliable day-to-day IT operations in a small global environment.

Designs and delivers technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, architectures, prototypes, and custom applications for life sciences customers. The role addresses drug discovery, clinical analytics, regulatory workflows, omics processing, governance, reproducibility, and validation requirements. It partners with account executives, Customer Success, and Solutions Architects to convert evaluations into production deployments while building reusable technical assets and identifying new customer use cases.

Build and deploy production-grade AI and MLOps solutions within public sector customer environments. Develop Python-based workflows, integrations, interactive applications, and model deployment and monitoring systems. Troubleshoot cloud, Kubernetes, networking, compute, and platform issues while advising data science teams. Own customer engagements, lead technical discovery and solutioning, create reusable deployment materials, and communicate feedback to SRE, Support, and Product teams.
