Design, lead, and improve ninja and parkour programming for children—including weekly classes, camps, events, and showcases. Provide full-cycle HR support across employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave, payroll support, HRIS administration, compliance, and worker's compensation. Maintain HR records, generate reports, travel to local sites for on-site support, and lead HR projects to improve processes, policies, and employee experience while partnering with HR leadership.

Lead coaching staff and manage day-to-day program delivery for recreational gymnastics and ninja classes. Oversee scheduling, curriculum rollout, events (camps, parties), facility safety, customer relations, enrollments, and staff development to drive retention and enrollment growth.

Lead program development and delivery for a new gymnastics and ninja gym: recruit and train coaches, create schedules and lesson plans, manage staff and events (camps, parties, open gyms), ensure facility safety and equipment readiness, support enrollments and customer experience, and collaborate with leadership to drive retention and growth.
