Lead design and delivery of ninja and parkour programming for children, including classes, camps, events, and showcases. Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor coaches; enforce safety protocols; audit class quality; coordinate schedules and staffing; act as Manager on Duty when assigned; and collaborate with management to grow enrollment and improve participant experience.
