Drive regional revenue by recruiting and onboarding new agents, developing existing agents, managing full sales cycle, training on money remittance platform and compliance, providing POS materials, executing marketing plans, analyzing market data, and supporting HQ to ensure agent compliance and long-term loyalty.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team: schedule and organize meetings and travel, manage correspondence and calls, prepare presentations and desktop publishing, act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders, handle confidential material, support finance tasks (expense documentation, check requests), and manage special projects.
