Review contracts to identify regulatory obligations and compliance requirements.

· Analyze federal, state, and local regulatory requirements affecting company operations.

· Monitor regulatory changes and assess their potential operational impact.

· Prepare regulatory summaries and compliance overviews for internal stakeholders.

· Maintain regulatory tracking tools, contract databases, and compliance documentation.

· Assist in the review and coordination of licensing and registration requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

· Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and compliance reviews.

· Coordinate with Legal, Operations, Finance, and Licensing teams regarding contractual and regulatory matters.

· Research new legislation, administrative rules, and regulatory guidance.

· Track contractual obligations, renewal dates, reporting deadlines, and regulatory filings.

· Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and compliance documentation for management.

· Maintain organized electronic records of contracts, regulatory filings, and supporting documentation.

· Assist with special compliance projects and other duties as assigned
