Lead delivery of face-to-face public fundraising across the UK: plan and run large-scale campaigns, manage income/expenditure and ROI, oversee external delivery partners, build internal and agency relationships, and line-manage and coach the Public Fundraising team to meet targets.

Serve as primary contact for supporters, adopters and the public via inbound/outbound calls and email. Handle sensitive conversations empathetically, record interactions in internal systems, meet KPIs (talk time, call quality, after-call work), follow policies and act as a brand advocate. Hybrid role based in Manchester two days per week.

Design, develop and customise Salesforce solutions (including Flows and third-party tools), support incidents across platforms, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate progress to deliver fit-for-purpose systems for Dogs Trust.

Support pets and owners fleeing domestic abuse by assessing and matching dogs with fosterers, monitoring welfare and behaviour during placements, supporting volunteer foster carers, maintaining regular contact with clients and partner agencies, and arranging reunifications. Role involves home visits, significant regional travel, and sensitive case handling.
