Teams at Dogs Trust

Provide daily care and enrichment to dogs in a rehoming centre, follow health & safety and Dogs Trust practice, educate potential owners and the public about dog care, and deliver excellent customer service to visitors while supporting the centre team.

Manage the rehoming process by providing excellent customer service, matching dogs to adopters, arranging introductions and occasional home visits. Maintain dog status across kennels, foster and home stays, promote dogs with online profiles and images, support complex cases with Behaviour and Welfare teams, complete adoption paperwork, welcome visitors, and assist with kennel care.

Provide daily care and enrichment for rehoming dogs, follow Dogs Trust code of practice and health & safety, educate potential owners and visitors on dog care and welfare, deliver excellent customer service, handle dogs and undertake driving duties as required.
