Teams at Dogs Trust

Develops newsworthy stories and publicity content for dog rehoming centres, supports media interviews, coordinates dog information and visual materials, and promotes rehoming appeals through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The role requires strong communication, storytelling, photography, videography, professional social media skills, and accurate representation of organizational policies and brand identity.

Develop propensity, segmentation, statistical, and machine-learning models to support business decisions. Operationalize analytical data products, lead end-to-end analytics and AI projects, identify actionable insights, and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role focuses on solving real business challenges, measuring outcomes, and helping Dogs Trust improve its impact through data-driven decision-making.

Design and maintain APIs, data pipelines, and the data and analytics technology stack. Build BI products, reports, and dashboards for organizational decision-making; integrate data with external providers; and collaborate with stakeholders across the charity. The role requires hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC and Snowflake, plus SQL, Python, R, strong organizational skills, and regular collaboration with a London-based IT team while primarily working from home.
