The M&A Integration Manager will oversee the integration of acquired companies through project management, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring operational and cultural alignment.

Lead FP&A, financial modeling, and M&A diligence efforts. Perform variance, profitability, cash flow, ROI, scenario, and KPI analyses. Prepare reports for senior management/board, own incentive compensation, partner with cross-functional teams, and support post-merger integration.

Manage and analyze employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave). Administer enrollments, partner with vendors, ensure regulatory compliance (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA), maintain HRIS data, support open enrollment, produce benefits reporting, and assist with benefit integrations during acquisitions.
