Support the sales team by prospecting, qualifying leads, managing CRM records and pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, attending client meetings and handoffs, and analyzing sales metrics to drive conversion.

Manage and grow strategic global client relationships, drive upsell/cross-sell and revenue, coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare proposals and contracts, monitor account KPIs, and ensure high client satisfaction and long-term strategic plans.

Lead hardware product strategy and lifecycle for experiential marketing devices: oversee engineering, prototyping, compliance (CE/FCC/UL), supplier relations, launches, cost optimization, and scale global production while building and managing the innovation team.

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensure high client satisfaction, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, support renewals and negotiations, and maintain CRM records. Gradually expand into active prospecting, lead generation, and new client acquisition. Coordinate internally to ensure service delivery, prepare commercial proposals, track pipeline and reporting, and provide market feedback to management.
