Lead and execute DNP Imaging Photo Europe's digital strategy across Europe: redesign the website, build SEO/GEO/content, set up analytics/attribution and CRM automation, run acquisition and performance (CAC/ROAS), manage agencies and budgets, track KPIs, and recruit and grow a small digital team to drive B2B pipeline and brand awareness.

Support international HRBP by coordinating multi-country payroll (via ADP Celergo), performing payroll checks, managing full employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding), maintaining HRIS data, drafting HR documents, monitoring absences, and contributing to process standardization, HR digitalization (Lucca), reporting, and continuous improvement projects across six European countries.

Support the sales team by prospecting, qualifying leads, managing CRM records and pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, attending client meetings and handoffs, and analyzing sales metrics to drive conversion.
