Manage and grow international customer, distributor, and OEM accounts through strategic account planning, business development, commercial negotiations, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role develops new opportunities, maintains senior stakeholder relationships, prepares pricing and business recommendations, monitors profitability, supports product launches, and represents customer needs across global teams.

Leads all Iberia business units with full P&L responsibility, overseeing strategy, profitability, sales growth, operations, service delivery, compliance, and KPI performance. Manages multidisciplinary teams, recruitment, development, client and partner relationships, market expansion, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting to regional leadership. Represents the company at external meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Requires strong business leadership, financial acumen, CRM proficiency, contract negotiation, strategic planning, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Support the sales team by prospecting, qualifying leads, managing CRM records and pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, attending client meetings and handoffs, and analyzing sales metrics to drive conversion.
