Maintains and verifies alumni records in ACES, uploads and merges database data, compiles reports, identifies data gaps, and supports account reviews. Requires strong data, communication, research, organizational, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, plus eligibility for a Secret security clearance.

Supports Department of State E2 travel operations, including reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers, managing user accounts, processing diplomatic passport and visa requests, analyzing travel data, troubleshooting customer issues, drafting policies and SOPs, and delivering training. The role also supports travel card compliance, customer relations, operational assessments, and diplomatic courier duties.

Provides research, analytical, data management, policy review, audit support, and program coordination for the Department of State’s overseas buildings organization. Develops briefing materials, reports, and recommendations; coordinates responses to Congress, auditors, inspectors, and other stakeholders; evaluates policies, processes, data practices, and organizational performance; and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, reporting, and internal controls.

Designs, deploys, and maintains enterprise OT networks and connected devices across Air Force bases. Supports network operations, cybersecurity, and Risk Management Framework compliance under Air Force and DoD requirements. Responsibilities include network security, routing and switching, Cisco infrastructure, DoD STIG implementation, compliance documentation, and coordination with IT teams. This is a full-time short-term contract estimated at six to eight months.

Provide day-to-day IT support for AFIT/LS faculty, staff, students, classrooms, and shared systems. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user hardware, operating systems, software, printers, mobile devices, and audiovisual equipment. Process and document trouble tickets, perform root-cause analysis, restore service, support remote access and travel laptops, reset classroom computers to approved baselines, and maintain IT hardware and software inventories.

Manage JIRA tickets, troubleshoot IT and application issues, document resolutions, escalate complex problems, monitor support trends, and communicate with users throughout resolution. Use SQL and related tools to manage workloads while delivering responsive customer service and maintaining accurate support records.

Installs and supports Windows physical and virtual servers, storage arrays, VMware and hyperconverged infrastructure. Monitors and documents ServiceNow incidents, changes, and projects; performs STIG reporting, vulnerability reviews, and remediation. Designs and implements hardware, software, and storage systems while balancing operational support and project work. Requires strong troubleshooting, security administration, communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.

Evaluates, implements, and maintains technical security controls across Windows, cloud, mobile, and standalone environments. Manages assets, accounts, patches, configurations, vulnerability remediation, system recovery, backups, and access controls. Develops PowerShell automation and secure baseline configurations, supports SIEM and incident response activities, evaluates vendor security products, and contributes to FISMA and FedRAMP authorization, continuous monitoring, and security documentation processes.

Provides advanced Linux systems administration and engineering across classified and unclassified DoD environments. Responsibilities include Linux installation, hardening, patching, virtualization, automation, vulnerability remediation, storage, backup and recovery, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and lifecycle management. The role leads technical efforts, supports DevSecOps and compliance requirements, coordinates with government and engineering teams, mentors administrators, and participates in incident response, maintenance, testing, and on-call operations.

Provides end-user IT support for Windows desktops, laptops, tablets, and standard applications. Requires 0–2+ years of relevant experience, an active Secret clearance, and active Security+ or an equivalent certification.

Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains scalable full-stack applications for Department of State missions using Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include building cloud-based Azure solutions, developing databases and complex SQL queries, implementing secure and compliant applications, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, managing data throughout its lifecycle, and mentoring junior developers.

Leads cybersecurity operations and serves as the senior security authority for CAOC-X information systems. Manages RMF documentation, ATO/ATC/IATT activities, STIG implementation, vulnerability remediation, incident response, security reviews, and risk mitigation across TS/SCI, SIPRNET, and NIPRNET environments. The role requires onsite work at JWAC in Dahlgren, Virginia, support for classified DoD environments, and eligibility to obtain TS/SCI and SAP access.
