Administer, maintain, monitor, secure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows enterprise systems across classified and unclassified DoD environments. Responsibilities include patching, system builds, account and access management, virtualization support, backups, vulnerability remediation, STIG compliance, network and application troubleshooting, data transfers, documentation, and incident resolution. The role also supports maintenance activities, exercises, continuity of operations, and coordination with cybersecurity, network, service desk, application, and government teams.

Administer, engineer, secure, and optimize enterprise Linux infrastructure across classified and unclassified DoD environments. Manage Red Hat systems, virtualization, storage, networking, backups, patching, automation, vulnerability remediation, and compliance. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, support mission readiness, document procedures, coordinate with Government and engineering teams, and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and on-call support.

Configure and maintain Tricentis Tosca and qTest environments; develop and execute test plans and automation strategies for SAP S/4HANA migration, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing; build reusable Tosca assets; manage test lifecycle, traceability, and reporting; collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive QA process improvements.
