Provide first-level technical support to government customers by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computers, printers, software, VoIP, and network connectivity. Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, follow government ITAM procedures, ensure compliance, and deliver strong customer service to sustain positive relationships.

Provide executive-level administrative support for the Bureau of Emerging Threats, managing office operations, coordinating projects across five offices, preparing briefing materials, developing policies and SOPs, tracking action items and deadlines, and handling sensitive information while supporting senior leadership and interagency engagements.

Provide installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and sustainment of U.S. Air Force radio systems and ancillary equipment. Support UHF TACSAT, HF, LOS/BLOS radios, MUOS, Link-16/JREAP, COMSEC/encryption, antennas, and troubleshoot RF connectivity for operational command-and-control missions.
