Provides Tier I–III administration and engineering support for a DoD network enclave. Responsibilities include LAN/WAN/WLAN design, installation, troubleshooting, network performance analysis, traffic and capacity planning, firewall and router support, switch upgrades, vendor escalation, STIG compliance, patching, security remediation, documentation, and operational support. The role requires a Top Secret clearance, DoD IAT Level II certification, and at least five years of network administration experience in a DoD environment.

Provides senior talent management and organizational development support for the Department of State’s Public Diplomacy workforce. Conducts organizational assessments, staffing and workforce analyses, change-management initiatives, strategic planning, and personnel action reviews. Advises senior leadership on HR policies, restructuring, position descriptions, and workforce planning; coordinates working groups and collaborates with embassy personnel, HR officials, and public diplomacy leaders. Drafts strategic documents and briefing materials while supporting implementation and evaluation of staffing initiatives.

The Senior Program Manager advises senior leadership on complex organizational and office-management issues, identifies challenges, develops recommendations, and supports decision-making. The role coordinates briefing materials, policy guidance, inquiries, reports, and official correspondence; collaborates with government and congressional stakeholders; establishes administrative and records-management procedures; tracks organizational performance; and manages complex projects with organization-wide impact.
