Serve as primary client liaison for assigned commercial lines accounts: deliver stewardship reports and renewal strategy, coordinate internal/external resources, present proposals, manage AR, ensure timely policy delivery, resolve complex account and claims issues, and drive client retention through proactive service.

Serve as the front-line receptionist: greet and assist onsite clients and guests, answer inbound calls, manage faxes, prepare reports, support client database projects, and perform general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.

Provide client-facing commercial lines support by managing insurance documentation, renewals, invoices, endorsements, certificates, audits, and renewal timelines. Maintain data integrity in Epic, coordinate account activities, assist with marketing and retention strategies, and serve as a reliable point of contact for complex client issues and carrier interactions.

Entry-level trainee role to learn insurance procedures, obtain a Maryland Life and Health License, respond to certificate requests, process endorsements, and maintain client and policy data in the agency management system while supporting account management tasks.
