Manages assigned commercial insurance client relationships, providing proactive service, insurance analyses, stewardship and renewal presentations, policy documentation, coverage guidance, and claims coordination. Supports renewal marketing, monitors accounts receivable, resolves accounting issues, verifies third-party coverage, reviews insurance requirements, and coordinates internal teams, carriers, vendors, and TPAs. Entry-level trainee role to learn insurance procedures, obtain a Maryland Life and Health License, respond to certificate requests, process endorsements, and maintain client and policy data in the agency management system while supporting account management tasks.

Provide client-facing commercial lines support by managing insurance documentation, renewals, invoices, endorsements, certificates, audits, and renewal timelines. Maintain data integrity in Epic, coordinate account activities, assist with marketing and retention strategies, and serve as a reliable point of contact for complex client issues and carrier interactions.
