Designs and maintains secure converged IT/OT network architectures supporting ICS, SCADA, building management, and mission-critical systems. Responsibilities include network segmentation, firewalling, VPNs, IDS/IPS, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, industrial protocol security, SIEM monitoring, incident response, forensic analysis, documentation, and compliance with IEC 62443 and related frameworks. Collaborates with controls engineers, facilities teams, and integrators, with frequent travel to job sites and hands-on work in industrial environments.

Designs, develops, tests, and delivers advanced SCADA and building automation graphics for HVAC, electrical, lighting, power monitoring, and mission-critical systems. Translates technical documentation into intuitive operator interfaces, performs quality control, troubleshoots deployments, maintains reusable graphics standards, and coordinates with project and commissioning teams. Manages multiple projects, supports system upgrades and customer service, documents releases, and mentors junior engineers.

Lead technical design and delivery of PLC-based control systems, including panel layouts, wiring, network architecture, BOMs, and documentation. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, coordinate across disciplines, resolve RFIs/design conflicts, and support commissioning and troubleshooting while ensuring compliance with codes and company standards.

Lead design and delivery of PLC-based control systems for building and industrial automation: create PLC I/O architectures, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, network designs, BOMs, and construction documentation; coordinate across disciplines, support commissioning/troubleshooting, perform QA/QC, and mentor junior engineers.

Develop, test, and program PLC-based control systems for data center HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. Meet clients, implement changes, support commissioning/start-up, debug logic/hardware/communications, collaborate with contractors/vendors, and document control strategies and configurations.

Develop, configure, test, and deploy building automation control systems. Program DDC/PLC logic, integrate BACnet/Modbus devices, configure networks, support commissioning and field technicians, troubleshoot live systems, maintain documentation, and implement third-party integrations for complex BAS/SCADA architectures.

Lead design, development, and delivery of PLC-based control systems for large projects. Define control strategies and PLC architecture, establish programming standards, integrate with SCADA/BMS/EPMS, lead commissioning and troubleshooting, mentor engineers, and collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure consistent, high-quality automation deployments.

Lead design, documentation, and implementation of complex building automation/control systems. Produce control schematics, BOMs, panel layouts, and sequences of operations; enforce NEC/NFPA/ASHRAE standards; support commissioning, network integration (BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks), panel fabrication, and mentor junior designers.

Lead end-to-end execution of multi-site BAS construction projects, manage scope/budget/schedule/quality, mentor teams, oversee contracts/change orders/procurement, approve engineering deliverables, report financials to executives, ensure safety and compliance, and standardize project best practices.

Design and build Ignition Perspective front-end visualizations and 3D floorplans for BMS/EPMS in data centers. Create reusable components, responsive dashboards, role-based interfaces, collaborate with back-end teams, lead visual design on projects, and support UAT and troubleshooting.

Senior leader accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex building automation and mission-critical data center projects. Oversees project managers, budgets, schedules, contracts, safety, quality, and client relations, with minimum 50% field presence and ownership of P&L and stakeholder communication across sales, engineering, supply chain, and subcontractors.

Lead technical design for complex building automation and DDC control systems, mentor senior engineers, enforce design standards, review deliverables, coordinate with project teams, support commissioning and QA/QC, and drive continuous improvement of design processes and documentation.

Provide advanced application development, integration, and troubleshooting for DDC/BMS/BAS projects. Configure BACnet/Modbus gateways, develop control databases and interfaces, support commissioning and service teams, review portfolio standards, mentor junior engineers, and participate in customer technical meetings and project lifecycle documentation.

Serve as primary HR partner for field operations, leading complex employee relations, investigations, performance management, manager coaching, organizational development, HR program design, and compliance. Provide onsite support through travel, develop manager toolkits and training, advise on leaves/accommodations, identify retention improvements, and drive strategic HR initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Produce and revise detailed 2D CAD drawings (floor plans, wiring, schematics, risers), create as-built drawings from field markups, maintain CAD standards/version control, assist submittals, and coordinate with designers, engineers, project managers, and field technicians to ensure constructable, accurate documentation.
