Responsibilities include monitoring compliance, tracking commitments, identifying execution gaps, maintaining dashboards, escalating risks, supporting process adoption, coordinating cross-functional actions, and leading operational improvement initiatives across data center and construction projects.

Create and revise 2D CAD drawings for building automation, mechanical, and electrical systems, including floor plans, wiring diagrams, control schematics, risers, and as-built documentation. Translate markups into accurate drawing packages, maintain CAD standards and version control, support submittals and permitting, and collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, and field technicians. Review drawings for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and constructability.

Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of HVAC and building automation control systems for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. Responsibilities include control schematics, network architectures, panel layouts, submittals, sequence-of-operations documentation, QA/QC, commissioning support, standards compliance, and integration of BACnet, Modbus, and IP networks. The role also provides technical mentorship, supports cybersecurity and system resiliency, evaluates control hardware, and collaborates with mechanical, software, installation, and commissioning teams.

Provides administrative, organizational, documentation, KPI, workflow, onboarding, training, and process-improvement support to a Design Engineering team handling Building Automation System projects. Provide advanced application development, integration, and troubleshooting for DDC/BMS/BAS projects. Configure BACnet/Modbus gateways, develop control databases and interfaces, support commissioning and service teams, review portfolio standards, mentor junior engineers, and participate in customer technical meetings and project lifecycle documentation.
