Leads the design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of advanced Ignition SCADA and DDC solutions for mission-critical BMS and EPMS data-center applications. Mentors SCADA engineers, establishes technical standards, resolves complex visualization and connectivity issues, coordinates engineering resources, conducts design reviews, and drives quality and continuous improvement across projects.

Create and revise 2D CAD drawings for building automation, mechanical, and electrical systems, including floor plans, wiring diagrams, control schematics, risers, and as-built documentation. Translate markups into accurate drawing packages, maintain CAD standards and version control, support submittals and permitting, and collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, and field technicians. Review drawings for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and constructability.

Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of HVAC and building automation control systems for commercial, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. Responsibilities include control schematics, network architectures, panel layouts, submittals, sequence-of-operations documentation, QA/QC, commissioning support, standards compliance, and integration of BACnet, Modbus, and IP networks. The role also provides technical mentorship, supports cybersecurity and system resiliency, evaluates control hardware, and collaborates with mechanical, software, installation, and commissioning teams.

Provides administrative, organizational, documentation, KPI, workflow, onboarding, training, and process-improvement support to a Design Engineering team handling Building Automation System projects. Maintains project records, Monday.com boards, reports, SOPs, templates, controlled documents, schedules, and training materials while coordinating meetings, action items, project inputs, and departmental communications.

Develop, test, and program PLC-based control systems for data center HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. Meet clients, implement changes, support commissioning/start-up, debug logic/hardware/communications, collaborate with contractors/vendors, and document control strategies and configurations.

Develop, configure, test, and deploy building automation control systems. Program DDC/PLC logic, integrate BACnet/Modbus devices, configure networks, support commissioning and field technicians, troubleshoot live systems, maintain documentation, and implement third-party integrations for complex BAS/SCADA architectures.

Lead end-to-end execution of multi-site BAS construction projects, manage scope/budget/schedule/quality, mentor teams, oversee contracts/change orders/procurement, approve engineering deliverables, report financials to executives, ensure safety and compliance, and standardize project best practices.

Design and build Ignition Perspective front-end visualizations and 3D floorplans for BMS/EPMS in data centers. Create reusable components, responsive dashboards, role-based interfaces, collaborate with back-end teams, lead visual design on projects, and support UAT and troubleshooting.

Senior leader accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex building automation and mission-critical data center projects. Oversees project managers, budgets, schedules, contracts, safety, quality, and client relations, with minimum 50% field presence and ownership of P&L and stakeholder communication across sales, engineering, supply chain, and subcontractors.

Provide advanced application development, integration, and troubleshooting for DDC/BMS/BAS projects. Configure BACnet/Modbus gateways, develop control databases and interfaces, support commissioning and service teams, review portfolio standards, mentor junior engineers, and participate in customer technical meetings and project lifecycle documentation.
