Develop, test, and program PLC-based control systems for data center HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. Define control strategies and PLC architecture, establish programming standards, integrate with SCADA/BMS/EPMS, lead commissioning and troubleshooting, mentor engineers, and collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure consistent, high-quality automation deployments.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for operations, engineering, technical, project management, and corporate roles. Lead design, documentation, and implementation of complex building automation/control systems. Produce control schematics, BOMs, panel layouts, and sequences of operations; enforce NEC/NFPA/ASHRAE standards; support commissioning, network integration (BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks), panel fabrication, and mentor junior designers.
