Supports building automation and controls projects from installation through commissioning and turnover. Coordinates field activities, subcontractors, technicians, documentation, schedules, budgets, purchase orders, change orders, billing, and project records. Participates in customer and project meetings, tracks commissioning progress, monitors risks, and escalates issues. The role includes frequent travel to job sites and is intended to develop the employee toward full Project Manager ownership.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across operations, engineering, technical, project management, and corporate roles. Responsibilities include sourcing active and passive candidates, conducting assessments, coordinating interviews, managing offers and negotiations, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, tracking recruiting metrics in ATS tools, supporting university and internship programs, and contributing to employer branding and process improvement.

Leads a team of design engineers responsible for building and electrical power management automation systems in complex facilities. Oversees BMS and EPMS designs, control panels, schematics, network architectures, sequences, submittals, QA/QC, commissioning support, and code compliance. Coordinates with project teams, vendors, customers, and construction personnel while improving design standards, workflows, templates, and documentation processes.
