Serve as primary HR partner for field operations, leading complex employee relations, investigations, performance management, manager coaching, organizational development, HR program design, and compliance. Provide onsite support through travel, develop manager toolkits and training, advise on leaves/accommodations, identify retention improvements, and drive strategic HR initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Serve as the technical lead in pre-sales: design and scope automation solutions, validate feasibility with Operations/Engineering/Finance/Legal, produce technical proposal content, lead client technical presentations and site visits, and ensure smooth post-sale handoffs and escalation support to prevent delivery surprises.

Produce and revise detailed 2D CAD drawings (floor plans, wiring, schematics, risers), create as-built drawings from field markups, maintain CAD standards/version control, assist submittals, and coordinate with designers, engineers, project managers, and field technicians to ensure constructable, accurate documentation.
