Develop, test, and program PLC-based control systems for data center HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. Meet clients, implement changes, support commissioning/start-up, debug logic/hardware/communications, collaborate with contractors/vendors, and document control strategies and configurations.

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end deal pipeline: intake/qualification, deal desk approvals, contract tracking with Legal, CRM data integrity, pipeline reporting, cross-functional coordination, and post-signature handoffs.

Support and optimize Divcon's HR systems and reporting by owning HRIS (Rippling) configuration, integrations, dashboards, KPI development, data integrity, and analytics. Provide actionable workforce insights for recruiting, compensation, and operations, build Excel and Power BI reports, maintain data governance and audit processes, and partner with HR, IT, Finance, and vendors to improve HR systems and workflows.
