Drive origination and closing of distributed energy projects (storage, solar, EV charging, microgrids). Develop and execute BD strategies, qualify prospects, build client relationships, lead proposal and negotiation processes, manage full sales cycles and pipelines in CRM, and collaborate cross-functionally to structure and champion projects from opportunity to contract.

Lead origination, qualification, and closing of distributed energy projects (storage, solar, EV charging, microgrids). Develop go-to-market strategies, engage stakeholders, build client relationships, lead proposals and negotiations, track pipeline in CRM, and guide projects through the full sales and development lifecycle to meet revenue targets.

Provide legal leadership for renewable energy projects and financings including negotiating PPAs, tax equity and debt deals, M&A, transaction closings, corporate governance, compliance, and outside counsel management. Build and lead the legal team while advising executives on corporate structure, HR, insurance, and regulatory matters.

Model and optimize DER and microgrid system sizing and revenue stacks (BTM/FTM) across ISO/RTO markets. Perform multi-scenario sensitivity analyses, evaluate tariffs and market participation, quantify value streams, support resiliency assessments, and communicate results to development, policy, and finance teams. Mentor junior analysts and support go/no-go decisions.
