Design, build, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. Participate in architecture (LLD/HLD), debug production issues, implement observability and performance improvements, deliver features end-to-end, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Owns internal IT administration across identity, endpoints, networks, cloud and SaaS, data protection, vendors, and audit compliance. Responsibilities include access lifecycle automation, MFA, MDM, EDR, encryption, ZTNA, VPN, DLP, SIEM integration, ITSM, incident response, asset management, and SOC 2/ISO 27001 evidence operations. The role will build the IT function from the ground up, maintain audit-ready controls, manage vendors, and support business continuity and disaster recovery testing.

Owns finance and accounting across India, Ireland, the UK, and the US, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, tax and statutory compliance, audits, cash flow, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, forex, and investor MIS. The role partners with founders and leadership on fundraising, unit economics, deal economics, scenario planning, financial controls, and international expansion while supervising accounts teams and external advisors.

Lead pre- and post-sales technical deployments of a containerized Agentic AI platform for financial services clients. Design cloud and on-premise integrations, build Golang services and Python AI components, implement CI/CD and automated testing, manage MLOps workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and guide customers and partners. The role requires frequent onsite customer engagement across Ireland and the UK, technical leadership during complex deployments, and collaboration with engineering and R&D teams.

Lead and operate cloud, ML, and data infrastructure: design/scale AWS/GCP environments, Kubernetes and CI/CD platforms, MLOps and model serving, streaming/data pipelines, SRE and DevSecOps practices, cost optimization, and enterprise-grade delivery pipelines while hands-on leading a lean team.

Own and design infrastructure architecture for cloud, hybrid, and on-prem AI deployments. Build scalable deployments, CI/CD/GitOps pipelines, observability stacks, and reusable IaC modules. Define SLOs, run incident response and postmortems, optimize performance and cost, ensure security and compliance, and collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to deliver reliable enterprise AI platform services.
