Oversees accounts payable and supports financial operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, cash flow, audits, payroll backup, grant accounting, and process improvement. Develops financial policies, prepares financial statements and forecasts, manages financial risks, supports tax filings, maintains vendor relationships, and provides guidance to the finance team while ensuring GAAP, organizational policy, and grant requirement compliance.

Provides intensive, trauma-informed behavioral support to young children and families in early learning centers, homes, and community settings. Conducts assessments, coordinates mental health, social, and educational services, monitors progress, completes electronic health record documentation, and participates in integrated decision-making. Uses family-centered and evidence-based interventions to reduce behavioral crises, prevent higher levels of care, and mitigate risks related to abuse, neglect, instability, and educational setbacks. Evening and weekend field work is required.

Provides peer recovery support, coaching, guidance, system navigation, and advocacy to parents and families at risk of child welfare involvement. Uses lived experience to support mental health and substance use recovery, develop coping and parenting skills, connect families with community resources, coordinate with clinical providers, document services, and promote safety, self-worth, communication, and long-term behavior change. This is a field-based role requiring 1,410 annual client-facing care hours.

Provides community-based case management and supportive interventions for individuals experiencing homelessness. Assists clients with SSI/SSDI benefit applications (SOAR), conducts outreach, ensures required client-facing hours, and facilitates transportation when needed. Maintains records and uses Microsoft Office applications to manage caseloads and communications.

Provides reception, telephone support, service navigation, appointment scheduling, referral coordination, paperwork routing, insurance verification, payment collection, and data entry. Assists clients in accessing behavioral health and community services, identifies barriers, routes crisis concerns, and maintains accurate confidential records. This office-based role does not independently perform clinical screening, risk assessment, treatment planning, or care management.

Supervise and coach a team of Peer Mentors in the Together We Rise program, ensuring recovery-focused, trauma-informed peer support for families at risk of child welfare involvement. Oversee service quality, documentation, collaboration with clinical providers, staff certification, and meet required productivity targets.

The Clinician First Five provides trauma-informed care and clinical consultation for early learning centers, focusing on behavioral support for children and consultation for families and educators.

Provide director-level management of the Children’s Outpatient program: plan operations, manage budgets and outcomes, supervise COP supervisors, ensure required client-facing service hours, implement evidence-based, family-centered practices, coordinate community partners, and perform office and field work including emergency on-call duties.
