Provide trauma-informed behavioral support to children and families in early learning centers through classroom observation, intensive behavior management, home and community visits, care coordination, and participation in Integrated Decision Team. Complete EHR documentation, meet 112 billable hours monthly, obtain Florida Certification Board behavioral health certification within six months, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for all HR functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, organizational development, performance management, training, engagement, and culture. Partners with executive leadership on workforce strategy, succession planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Oversees HR operations, workforce metrics, recruitment and retention initiatives, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Provides reception, telephone support, service navigation, appointment scheduling, referral coordination, paperwork routing, insurance verification, payment collection, and data entry. Assists clients in accessing behavioral health and community services, identifies barriers, routes crisis concerns, and maintains accurate confidential records. This office-based role does not independently perform clinical screening, risk assessment, treatment planning, or care management.
