Oversees accounts payable and supports financial operations, budgeting, reporting, compliance, cash flow, audits, payroll backup, grant accounting, and process improvement. Develops financial policies, prepares financial statements and forecasts, manages financial risks, supports tax filings, maintains vendor relationships, and provides guidance to the finance team while ensuring GAAP, organizational policy, and grant requirement compliance.

Provides intensive, trauma-informed behavioral support to young children and families in early learning centers, homes, and community settings. Conducts assessments, coordinates mental health, social, and educational services, monitors progress, completes electronic health record documentation, and participates in integrated decision-making. Uses family-centered and evidence-based interventions to reduce behavioral crises, prevent higher levels of care, and mitigate risks related to abuse, neglect, instability, and educational setbacks. Evening and weekend field work is required.

Provides peer recovery support, coaching, guidance, system navigation, and advocacy to parents and families at risk of child welfare involvement. Uses lived experience to support mental health and substance use recovery, develop coping and parenting skills, connect families with community resources, coordinate with clinical providers, document services, and promote safety, self-worth, communication, and long-term behavior change. This is a field-based role requiring 1,410 annual client-facing care hours.
