Speculative application inviting candidates to submit a CV for roles supporting scale-up of carbon utilization technology. Dioxycle seeks collaborators across chemical, mechanical, and systems engineering to help develop a large-scale industrial prototype, join an international R&D team, and contribute to commercialization and research efforts.

Design, program, and maintain PLC-based control systems for lab and industrial electrolyzer units. Install, wire, and troubleshoot sensors, actuators, and electrical panels. Integrate HMI graphics with control logic, retrofit legacy systems, and collaborate with software engineers. Support deployment standardization and occasional interfacing with existing C-based code.

Develop and maintain P&IDs, 3D layouts, plot plans and isometrics using AutoCAD Plant 3D. Ensure integration between P&IDs, 3D models, line and equipment lists. Size process lines and core equipment, select vendors, prepare specifications and datasheets, and help standardize engineering workflows for pilot-to-commercial plant deployments.

Design and develop electrolyzer stacks from CAD concept to production, validate components via calculations and simulations, lead manufacturing planning and supplier relationships, and collaborate with chemistry and scale-up teams to iterate product designs.
