Lead hydrometallurgy expertise as Dioxycle advances electrolyzer product lines from R&D through industrial piloting and commercial deployment. Develop novel process flowsheets, translate research concepts into robust industrial designs, challenge process decisions against plant constraints, and represent the company at strategic partnerships and industry events. Partner closely with engineering, process development, strategy, and business teams while supporting technology development and go-to-market strategy.

Design, assemble, improve, troubleshoot, and maintain automated electrolysis test benches and prototypes. The role combines mechanical, electrical, software, and process engineering, including fluid and thermal calculations, instrumentation, controls, PID tuning, subsystem validation, documentation, supplier coordination, and inventory management.

Lead process simulation, design, and optimization (using Aspen Plus), evaluate and engage suppliers, scope and manage external studies, and contribute hands-on to pilot/skid-scale experimental campaigns to de-risk scale-up and industrialize the carbon electrolyzer process.
