Build AI agents, multi-agent systems, copilots, and automated workflows for sales, productivity, marketing, and operations. Integrate AI with CRMs, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and business tools using APIs, webhooks, MCP, and workflow automation platforms. Research emerging AI tools and advancements, test new frameworks, create documentation, and teach internal teams through workshops and demos. Support market research, campaign ideation, productivity improvements, and cross-functional AI adoption.

Create persuasive, conversion-focused copy for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, websites, landing pages, advertisements, course launches, events, and brand initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop campaign concepts aligned with brand and business goals. Optimize content using SEO best practices, analyze campaign performance, maintain consistent messaging, and monitor education industry and competitor trends.

Develop and execute content strategies, calendars, and brand messaging across digital channels. Create, edit, and proofread copy for websites, social media, advertisements, and campaigns. Apply SEO and keyword research to improve visibility and engagement, manage social media content, support graphic design using Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools, and coordinate writers, designers, marketing, sales, and design teams.

Lead Digital Nest’s creative vision across marketing campaigns and brand communications. Manage designers, copywriters, and content professionals; develop campaign concepts and storytelling strategies; maintain brand consistency across platforms; and collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality creative assets.

Supports recruitment placement by understanding hiring needs, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records in Zoho Recruit. Requires fluent Telugu and English communication, basic recruitment lifecycle knowledge, ATS familiarity, and proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.

Design and prototype intuitive, accessible, responsive interfaces for websites, apps, and digital products. Create wireframes, mockups, visual assets, branding elements, and marketing collateral. Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations. Conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics-driven iterations while collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email; understand their needs, recommend suitable courses, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into enrollments. Maintain accurate CRM records, achieve monthly sales and admission targets, answer queries, provide admission support, and collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Summer interns will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition or sales, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, lead generation, and client communication. The program is intended for proactive undergraduate or postgraduate students with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
