On-site AV/IT Program Manager overseeing MSCoE G6 AV/IT support contract: lead personnel, manage staffing and contract performance, ensure compliance with DoD/Army cybersecurity, oversee help desk operations, produce reports and deliverables, plan lifecycle upgrades, enforce QASP metrics, coordinate event support, and manage risks and documentation.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT initiatives for AFIMSC. Develop project charters, PMP, WBS, schedules, risk and quality plans. Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, EVM metrics, change control, stakeholder communications, and project closeout. Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with security requirements.

Perform testing, evaluation, and certification (T&E) of IT/network systems at Fort Huachuca. Design and execute test procedures, incorporate DoD interoperability directives, document findings in formal cybersecurity reports, ensure QA and regulatory compliance, analyze anomalies, brief stakeholders, and may lead testing teams and corrective actions.

Lead architecture, governance, and roadmap for enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms. Architect and build complex SPFx and Power Platform solutions integrated with Azure, enforce development standards and ALM, mentor developers, and act as senior escalation for security, performance, and platform issues while briefing leadership.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex DoD IT programs for AFIMSC. Define scope, manage schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, and quality; oversee personnel and contractors; serve as primary liaison to stakeholders and government counterparts, delivering regular reports and ensuring contract compliance.

Serve as the contractor's primary government interface managing contract performance, personnel, compliance, reporting, transition activities, and on-site IT/IS operations supporting Army test center mission requirements.

Create and maintain clear, user-friendly engineering policies, procedures, and diagnostic documentation. Collaborate with engineering, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance, produce visual aids and templates, manage document workflows (e.g., SharePoint), perform audits, and copyedit content for accuracy and usability.

Manage the CMDB and configuration baselines, develop and enforce configuration management plans and processes, run configuration control boards, perform audits, track/report status and metrics, train staff, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to maintain configuration integrity.

Serve as senior technical authority and architect for enterprise network infrastructure supporting AFIMSC. Define network strategy, roadmap, and topology; lead major projects and migrations; enforce engineering standards; perform advanced troubleshooting and traffic analysis; design network security (firewalls, IPS, NAC); mentor network staff and advise senior leadership on strategy and risk.

Serve as senior technical authority and chief architect for enterprise network infrastructure. Define strategic roadmap, design high-availability campus, data center, WAN and cloud networks, lead major migrations, perform advanced troubleshooting and packet analysis, architect network security (firewalls, IPS, NAC), and mentor senior and journeyman network staff while advising leadership on network strategy and investments.

Build, install, and maintain enterprise infrastructure while modernizing systems for a DoD customer. Collaborate with stakeholders and PMO, implement quality control, train teams on security and troubleshooting, support virtualization/containerization, automation, and lifecycle planning to ensure availability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems.
