Manage the CMDB and configuration baselines, develop and enforce configuration management plans and processes, run configuration control boards, perform audits, track/report status and metrics, train staff, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to maintain configuration integrity.

Lead and manage the Tactical C2 Server Support contract for USASOC as primary government interface. Oversee contract performance, personnel, schedules, deliverables, subcontractors, quality, security compliance, and reporting. Coordinate meetings, notify government contacts of issues, and ensure continuous mission support per the Performance Work Statement.

Provide Tier 1-3 help desk and cybersecurity network operations for ARNORTH at Fort Sam Houston. Monitor and maintain NIPRNET/SIPRNET and cloud instances, investigate automation and cloud solutions, detect and mitigate network events, perform network troubleshooting and lifecycle management, execute IAVM/CTO tasks, support Microsoft/Linux/VOIP/NSA Type 1 devices and SaaS productivity suites, and support 24/7 surge operations during exercises or real-world events.

Provide Tier 2 IT support: troubleshoot and resolve or escalate tickets, assist Tier 1, manage account/password tasks, support special projects, train staff, and coordinate with system administrators to ensure service continuity and excellent customer service.
