Leads Tier 3 technical management and network support operations for large-scale IT environments. Manage vendor integration, documentation, risk, compliance with DoD cybersecurity and accreditation, and communicate technical impacts to leadership. Track progress, run meetings, and produce executive reporting while supporting sustainment and secure operations.

Manage and support VTC operations for US Army North: plan, schedule, coordinate, promote, and conduct VTCs; provide user training; ensure security compliance; perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of VTC bridges, endpoints, AV equipment and networks; maintain records and supplies; provide on-site AV support and 24/7 surge coverage during key events.

Support VV&A efforts by documenting and exercising processes, operating and troubleshooting systems, developing scripts/tools for performance assessment, preparing reports, maintaining documentation and the TRMC MAMBA site, and supporting training and Agile Scrum task tracking.

Provide procurement administration and documentation control for federal contracts: manage purchasing pipelines, vendor agreements, budgets, and contract deliverables; attend technical meetings to produce executive-level minutes; prepare and format reports and deliverables to federal standards; coordinate logistics and office administration under general supervision.

Provide on-site Tier III network, server, virtualization, and data center support to maintain >99.9% availability. Lead and manage complex, high-risk FEMA AI initiatives across cloud and enterprise environments. Translate strategic goals into product roadmaps, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, run Agile ceremonies, manage risks and subcontractors, ensure compliance and quality, and deliver secure, production-ready AI solutions.

Provide on-site enterprise Apple platform support: configure, manage, secure, and troubleshoot macOS devices and servers; develop Mac infrastructure; implement DISA STIGs and DoD IA requirements; support Active Directory integration, MDM, device deployment, PIV-secured Mac rollout, and migration to the NMED/MEDCOI network. Perform IA scanning/patching, QA, documentation, and coordinate with IT staff while maintaining ticket resolution and stakeholder communication.

Provide on-site LAN and server administration, configure and troubleshoot network devices, support data recovery and patch management, monitor performance, escalate complex issues, and assist senior staff with data center and help-desk escalation to maintain high availability and security.

Provide Tier 2 IT support: troubleshoot and resolve or escalate tickets, assist Tier 1, manage account/password tasks, support special projects, train staff, and coordinate with system administrators to ensure service continuity and excellent customer service.

Manage and maintain communication circuits and network operations at Langley AFB. Monitor performance, troubleshoot failures, provision network devices (switches, routers, VLANs, crypto), resolve tickets, perform root cause analysis, support implementations and monitoring systems, and coordinate across teams to minimize downtime and ensure secure, reliable communications.

Manage daily AV/IT helpdesk operations at Fort Leonard Wood, oversee Tier 1/2 support, monitor ticket queues, ensure timely resolutions, maintain knowledge base, provide coaching and training, generate analytics and reports, coordinate with technicians, vendors, and government personnel, and support high-visibility events.

On-site AV/IT Program Manager overseeing MSCoE G6 AV/IT support contract: lead personnel, manage staffing and contract performance, ensure compliance with DoD/Army cybersecurity, oversee help desk operations, produce reports and deliverables, plan lifecycle upgrades, enforce QASP metrics, coordinate event support, and manage risks and documentation.
