Provide Tier 1 escalation and administration for VMware virtualization and VDI (including AVD) in a DoD environment. Install, configure, image, and troubleshoot servers, desktops, web apps, certificates (CAC), backups, and recovery. Ensure performance, configuration management, STIG compliance, and 24/7 surge support during exercises and events. Support classified environments up to SECRET.

Provide Tier 2 IT support: troubleshoot and resolve or escalate tickets, assist Tier 1, manage account/password tasks, support special projects, train staff, and coordinate with system administrators to ensure service continuity and excellent customer service.

Lead the full requirements lifecycle: elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional, non-functional, and technical requirements. Maintain traceability, baselines, and version control; facilitate stakeholder workshops; produce user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria; coordinate with PMs, architects, developers, and QA; ensure regulatory compliance and manage requirement changes, risks, and dependencies.
