Leads Tier 3 technical management and network support operations for large-scale IT environments. Supervises personnel, directs network and cloud infrastructure implementation, oversees systems engineering, configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting, and provides technical guidance across NIPRNET, SIPRNET, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments. Supports Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, VMware, security, storage, communications, and enterprise systems while monitoring performance and resolving complex infrastructure issues.

Serve as the single contractor point of contact overseeing day-to-day program operations for the DCMA Blue List Program. Manage staffing, resource-loaded IMS, schedule (CPM) analysis, deliverables, performance reporting, risk and issue mitigation, security/CUI compliance, and coordination with Government stakeholders. Ensure contractor personnel readiness, onboarding, and contract-quality management.

Lead and manage ServiceNow development and support teams, provide technical architecture and governance for ServiceNow implementations, oversee CMDB strategy and data quality, ensure SLA compliance, drive roadmap and analytics, manage incidents and vendor relationships, and support stakeholders in requirements and solution design.
