Outbound-focused Enterprise SDR generating qualified pipeline across UK/Ireland and the Nordics. Build and execute account-based outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, calls, events), research target accounts and stakeholders, run discovery calls to qualify opportunities, hand qualified leads to Account Executives, partner on ABM campaigns, and maintain clean data in Salesforce, Lemlist, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Own new business acquisition across the DACH region, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. Build pipeline via outbound/inbound/partners, collaborate with SDRs and Solutions Engineers, forecast in Salesforce, represent the company at industry events, and develop expertise in the German-speaking privacy and Martech ecosystem.

Drive new business for US Mid-Market accounts (<5,000 employees). Own full sales cycle from first contact to close, generate pipeline via outbound/inbound/partner leads, build relationships with Marketing/Privacy/Legal/Technical stakeholders, collaborate with SDRs and Solutions Engineers, and forecast/report pipeline in Salesforce.

Own and grow a portfolio of US Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, driving upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and multi-year contracts. Build strategic account plans, develop C-level relationships, lead commercial negotiations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce to hit revenue targets.

Drive the Group ESG strategy, coordinate cross-functional ESG projects, collect and report non-financial data, manage audits and certifications, promote employee engagement and responsible AI, and support HR operations including onboarding, workplace sustainability, policies, communications, and events.

Own day-to-day financial operations across a dozen international entities, lead monthly consolidated reporting and IFRS consolidation, manage accounting (A/R, A/P, G/L), revenue recognition and intercompany, coordinate auditors, support ERP implementation, contribute to budgeting, cash forecasting, due diligence and process improvements while ensuring compliance and strengthening internal controls.
