As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage client relationships, provide training, support integration, and collaborate to enhance product feedback and client satisfaction, while analyzing data insights to recommend improvements.

The role involves assisting customers with technical inquiries related to the company's products, troubleshooting issues, providing internal feedback on product features, and contributing to documentation and training.

Serve as technical architect and advisor for enterprise customers, leading presales demos, solution design, and integrations. Build scalable privacy architectures, develop custom scripts and API integrations, support complex CMP/PMP integrations, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver and optimize Didomi implementations.

Oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized clients, driving growth through upselling, preventing churn, and providing strong customer relationships.
