Build, operate, and improve highly available stateful infrastructure, including PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka/Redpanda. Responsibilities include database upgrades, migrations, replication, failover, backups, disaster recovery, performance troubleshooting, monitoring, automation, and cross-data-center resilience. The engineer will collaborate with development, SRE, networking, and infrastructure teams, participate in on-call and incident response, and lead technical projects improving reliability, scalability, and operational safety.

Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, LinkedIn, and AI-powered outreach tools. Build and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce, analyze campaign performance, nurture prospects, support sales opportunities, create presentations and LinkedIn content, participate in Spanish trade fairs, and collaborate on cross-functional sales initiatives.
