Senior Infrastructure Solutions Architect

Diabolocom is a leading European sovereign cloud contact center (CCaaS) and customer experience platform, trusted by more than 400 companies across 60+ countries for business-critical customer operations.

Our technology combines proprietary AI, a private cloud and native telecom infrastructure. Unlike many SaaS platforms built primarily on public-cloud services, we operate our own production environments and manage the underlying infrastructure across networking, connectivity, virtualization, physical infrastructure, telecom and distributed systems.

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Solutions Architect with a strong infrastructure engineering background to design end-to-end technical solutions for our largest enterprise customers.

You will work at the intersection of our Infrastructure organization and complex customer environments, translating enterprise requirements into architectures that meet demanding security, performance and connectivity needs while remaining scalable and aligned with our platform.

You will work closely with our Infrastructure engineers and technical experts to develop and validate architecture options, assess trade-offs and then explain and defend the proposed solutions with customers.

The role covers both presales and implementation phases. You will own architecture and design, while our Infrastructure teams remain responsible for implementation.

• Lead technical discovery and design end-to-end infrastructure solutions for complex enterprise projects

• Develop architecture options, assess trade-offs and validate designs with our Infrastructure experts

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements, explain and defend technical decisions, and challenge requests when a simpler or more sustainable solution is appropriate

• Support Presales on complex technical opportunities and RFPs

• Stay involved during implementation to ensure delivery remains aligned with the agreed architecture

• Create clear architecture documentation, procedures and reusable technical knowledge.

We are looking for a senior infrastructure engineer or architect with deep technical expertise across complex, on-premise environments and the ability to operate confidently with enterprise customers.

You can look beyond individual technologies to understand an infrastructure landscape as a whole, identify constraints and dependencies, and design coherent end-to-end solutions. You are equally comfortable discussing architecture with engineers and presenting, defending or challenging technical decisions with senior customer stakeholders.

• Strong background in infrastructure engineering and architecture, with deep hands-on understanding of on-premise environments

• Solid expertise across networking, connectivity, virtualization and physical infrastructure, combined with a broad understanding of cloud, security, integrations and distributed systems

• Proven ability to design end-to-end infrastructure architectures, evaluate trade-offs and turn complex requirements into technically sound solutions

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical discovery, architecture and solution design

• Ability to communicate complex technical decisions with clarity and credibility, including challenging requirements when necessary

• Strong technical documentation skills

• Fluent French and strong professional English.

• Experience with CCaaS, contact center or enterprise communications

• Voice or telecom expertise

• Security and compliance knowledge

• Experience designing solutions for large French enterprises.

You will take technical ownership of the architecture behind some of Diabolocom’s largest enterprise projects, including environments supporting thousands of contact center agents.

Your job is to make complex requirements technically workable: understand the customer environment, identify constraints, design the architecture, evaluate trade-offs with our engineers and defend the final solution with the customer.

As you build expertise in our platform, you will independently lead architecture work across enterprise opportunities and implementations, from technical discovery and RFPs through design validation and delivery.

Your impact will be visible in the projects we win, the architectures we deploy and our ability to scale enterprise delivery without compromising the technical foundations of the platform.

Around 95% of our production infrastructure runs on our own hardware across several European data centers. We operate our own private cloud and manage the layers underneath it, from physical infrastructure and virtualization to networking, connectivity and telecom.

For an infrastructure architect, this means working with the full stack rather than designing exclusively through public-cloud abstractions.

You will work on business-critical communication platforms supporting thousands of users, with demanding requirements around availability, network connectivity, security, integrations and performance.

These are not theoretical architecture exercises. The solutions you design will be built, operated and used in production by major enterprise customers.

The role sits within Infrastructure, not Presales.

You will design alongside the engineers who operate our platform, challenge architecture choices with people who understand the systems in depth, and stay involved as your designs move into production.

Diabolocom already supports more than 400 companies across 60+ countries. As we move further into the enterprise market and expand internationally, the scale and complexity of the infrastructure problems we need to solve are increasing.

You will help define how our platform supports the next generation of large enterprise deployments while keeping the architecture scalable, secure and operationally sustainable.

You do not need to have held the exact title of Solutions Architect before.

Some of the strongest candidates for this role may come from infrastructure engineering or architecture backgrounds and have gradually taken on broader solution design, technical ownership or customer-facing responsibilities.
