Process and manage purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including order changes, open PO controls, invoice matching, and issue resolution. Drive B2B commercial growth by identifying and closing new business, managing and expanding key accounts, and selling integrated logistics solutions. Manage full sales cycle, collaborate with Operations and internal teams, maintain CRM and pipeline, prepare forecasts and reports, and meet individual sales targets while traveling frequently within the assigned territory.

Drive project logistics growth by acquiring customers in energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors. Design end-to-end heavy-lift and out-of-gauge transport solutions across sea, road, intermodal and specialized services. Lead tendering, pricing, contract negotiations, pipeline management, forecasting and collaborate with regional/global teams to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customers, drive new business and contract renewals, lead commercial/tender activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, resolve service issues, ensure billing and data integrity, and implement SOPs to increase client spending and retention.

Serve as senior finance business partner for BU MED, supporting CFO and local management. Prepare and improve reporting, budgets/forecasts, KPIs; perform analysis, control accounting information, challenge processes, drive optimizations, support projects and OneStream reporting development.

Prepare monthly IFRS financial statements and group reporting; submit figures to ERP (D365, OneStream); produce variance analysis versus budget/forecast; liaise with HQ controlling team; support process-improvement projects and ad-hoc reporting requests.
