Coordinates communication between customers and domestic and overseas agencies, resolves voyage-related issues, supports intermodal service planning, monitors cancellations and penalties, assists with ship loading and unloading operations, manages stakeholder relationships, tracks payment and service requests, and prepares weekly and monthly voyage position lists.

Translates business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, and backlog items for an integrations development team. Collaborates with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and international teams to clarify objectives, define acceptance criteria, analyze gaps and impacts, and validate integration solutions. Supports testing and quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet functional requirements and are ready for deployment. Manages multiple stakeholders and provides analytical, problem-solving, and business advisory support.

Manage customer receivables and credit control for international accounts. Responsibilities include monitoring overdue balances, preparing aging reports, reconciling accounts, following up on settlements, assessing credit risks, and supporting cash flow and bad debt management. The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Business Operations, Customer Services, banks, and international teams.
