Teams at DFDS Türkiye

Leads regional financial controlling, credit management, accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Oversees IFRS-compliant reporting, statutory accounting, tax, audits, credit exposure, collections, working capital, and financial risk management. Drives finance process standardization, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement while implementing global initiatives. Builds and develops multinational finance teams and partners with senior management to provide insights supporting business decisions.

Process and manage purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including order changes, open PO controls, invoice matching, and issue resolution. Build relationships with procurement, accounting, vendors, and local business units. Analyze tail spend, standardize migrated processes, support new process and migration projects, assist team members, and promote effective cross-team cooperation.

Provide technical leadership across software development teams by setting technical direction, designing secure and scalable solutions, mentoring engineers, reviewing technical decisions, troubleshooting complex issues, and advancing DevOps, CI/CD, testing, observability, and AI-assisted engineering practices.
