Design branded digital and print assets for the Detroit Lions, Ford Field, and related events, including social graphics, LED signage, email marketing, and out-of-home materials. Manage project scopes, timelines, priorities, and resources while maintaining brand standards, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Process and reconcile end-to-end payroll for employees, including time approvals, tax filings, deductions, garnishments, bank impounds, audits, cash-flow projections, and general-ledger reconciliations. Respond to payroll inquiries, update employee records, maintain confidentiality, create payroll calendars and procedures, complete employment verifications, and support payroll and finance projects. The role requires independent work, high accuracy, nonstandard hours, and travel between two facilities.

Performs as Roary, the Detroit Lions mascot, at community, promotional, and team events. Maintains character standards, engages fans, supports crowd safety and event logistics, handles the mascot when needed, and maintains the costume. Requires prior mascot or costume performance experience, physical stamina, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, indoor and outdoor events.

Administer and optimize Ceridian Dayforce and connected People systems, including ATS, engagement, recognition, and performance platforms. Maintain data integrity, security, workflows, integrations, reporting, and documentation. Troubleshoot issues, support system updates and testing, automate processes, analyze workforce trends, train users, and partner with People, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Part-time seasonal role logging Detroit Lions game-day video assets in Iconik. Responsibilities include tagging footage with player, play, yardage, and other metadata; transcribing descriptions; and completing logs by the following morning. Requires evening and overnight availability, NFL knowledge, basic video-format understanding, technical troubleshooting ability, strong writing skills, accuracy, organization, and schedule flexibility. Adobe Premiere, Adobe Media Encoder, and Catalyst Browse experience is preferred.

Conduct an independent 10-week quantitative football research project for the Football Information department. Build statistical models, analyze data, and identify meaningful insights while working remotely and flexibly for approximately 15 hours per week.
