Teams at Detroit Lions, Inc.

Performs as Roary, the Detroit Lions mascot, at community, promotional, and team events. Maintains character standards, engages fans, supports crowd safety and event logistics, handles the mascot when needed, and maintains the costume. Requires prior mascot or costume performance experience, physical stamina, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, indoor and outdoor events.

Administer and optimize Ceridian Dayforce and connected People systems, including ATS, engagement, recognition, and performance platforms. Maintain data integrity, security, workflows, integrations, reporting, and documentation. Troubleshoot issues, support system updates and testing, automate processes, analyze workforce trends, train users, and partner with People, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
