Design branded digital and print assets for the Detroit Lions, Ford Field, and related events, including social graphics, LED signage, email marketing, and out-of-home materials. Manage project scopes, timelines, priorities, and resources while maintaining brand standards, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Process and reconcile end-to-end payroll for employees, including time approvals, tax filings, deductions, garnishments, bank impounds, audits, cash-flow projections, and general-ledger reconciliations. Respond to payroll inquiries, update employee records, maintain confidentiality, create payroll calendars and procedures, complete employment verifications, and support payroll and finance projects. The role requires independent work, high accuracy, nonstandard hours, and travel between two facilities.

Performs as Roary, the Detroit Lions mascot, at community, promotional, and team events. Maintains character standards, engages fans, supports crowd safety and event logistics, handles the mascot when needed, and maintains the costume. Requires prior mascot or costume performance experience, physical stamina, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, indoor and outdoor events.
