Lead perception and robot learning for warehouse robots, owning 3D scene understanding, VLA model training, simulation, deployment, teleoperation data pipelines, and production inference. Build systems from scratch, deploy models on physical robots, optimize for latency and compute constraints, and improve models through active learning based on customer-floor performance. The role requires significant travel to live warehouse operations and close collaboration with the founding team.

Own full-cycle recruiting for robotics, AI, software, systems, and field deployment engineers. Source and close passive candidates, build talent maps, design interview processes, manage offers, and advise founders on compensation. Administer the ATS and recruiting tools, establish hiring systems and metrics, support onboarding and basic HR operations, and assist sales outreach and pipeline tracking.

Owns business operations across robotics deployments, customer operations, sales operations, and engineering operations. Responsibilities include coordinating site launches, managing milestones and risks, supporting customer escalations, maintaining CRM and pipeline reporting, building dashboards, planning engineering resources, and defining operational KPIs. The role creates scalable deployment processes and serves as the primary coordination point among customers, sales, engineering, and field teams.
