Develop and execute healthcare marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels. Create and manage website, social media, email, and promotional content while maintaining brand consistency. Oversee online reputation, SEO, SEM, and campaign analytics. Coordinate community outreach, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, manage external vendors, and support public relations and media inquiries.

Provides administrative and clerical HR support, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, background checks, personnel records, training and credential tracking, employee education, and regulatory compliance. Maintains confidential employee files and HR information in Paycom, monitors documentation, supports facility survey readiness, and reports missing or expired records. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, computer proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and Microsoft Excel experience.
