Provides administrative and clerical HR support, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, background checks, personnel records, training and credential tracking, employee education, and regulatory compliance. Maintains confidential employee files and HR information in Paycom, monitors documentation, supports facility survey readiness, and reports missing or expired records. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, computer proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and Microsoft Excel experience.
