Oversee and supervise nursing care on an assigned skilled nursing unit, ensuring resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, staffing oversight, care planning, QAPI participation, infection prevention, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Serves as clinical resource, conducts rounds and audits, supports survey readiness, coaches staff, and monitors clinical outcomes and KPIs.

Manage day-to-day HR functions including recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits and leave administration, employee records, compliance with employment laws, and supporting employee relations.

Prepare and serve resident meals following safe, sanitary procedures and prescribed portions; operate, clean, and sanitize food service and dishwashing equipment; set up and deliver meal trays; perform scheduled cleaning duties; assist with special functions, training, infection control, safety/fire drills, and monitoring; maintain effective working relationships and follow modified diet preparation and serving techniques.
