Support government contract closeout activities including preparing and maintaining records, drafting closeout correspondence and reports, verifying invoices and vendor concurrences, drafting modifications to de-obligate funds, and entering data into financial/business systems (FBMS, IPP, FPDS-NG). Provide monthly closeout progress reports.

Provide consulting and implementation support for federally funded grants across the project lifecycle, focusing on procurement compliance, subrecipient oversight, financial controls, reporting, audit readiness, and developing tools and templates for SLED agencies.

Provide comprehensive acquisition and contract support across pre-award, source selection, and post-award phases. Prepare procurement plans, IGCE, SOW/PWS, RFx, support source selection evaluations and cost realism analyses, draft contracts and modifications, monitor vendor performance, perform contract closeout, and generate ad hoc reports to support government customers.
