Supports plant leadership by designing manufacturing processes and leading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives using TPS, JIT, and Kaizen principles. Identifies and eliminates waste, improves safety, quality, productivity, profitability, and lead time, and develops standardized work, tools, jigs, and flow racks. Coaches employees, coordinates projects, validates results, prepares A3 reports and management presentations, and facilitates continuous improvement training.

Lead and coordinate automotive manufacturing process changes, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, customer requirements, and internal quality standards. Manage change documentation, risk assessments, FMEA and control plan updates, APQP/PPAP activities, audits, customer communications, and cross-functional reviews. Analyze quality data, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, and support launch readiness and production stability.

Coordinates materials, inventory, production requirements, and supplier performance to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Monitors schedules, demand, inventory levels, and material risks; resolves shortages and discrepancies; supports cycle counts, inventory adjustments, warehouse improvements, and cost reduction. Maintains production control reports and KPIs, coordinates engineering and production changes, supports new product introductions, and uses ERP, WMS, and Excel tools for analysis and continuous improvement.
