Lead North America IT infrastructure operations, oversee planning, design, implementation, and contracts for WAN/LAN, servers and applications; manage budgets, projects, and personnel; set policies and ensure service delivery.

Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for the company, manage recruiting lifecycle, vendor contracts, internship programs, hiring metrics, compliance with employment laws, and develop HR policies. Coach and develop assigned staff, make hiring/discipline decisions, support succession and talent management, and advise senior leadership on HR strategy and improvements.

Support and maintain industrial data infrastructure: ensure data integrity and uptime, troubleshoot middleware and clustered systems, create data visualizations, launch clustered servers, monitor NAS health, run lab tests, lead technical projects and kaizen, and create process documentation including network maps and FTAs.
