Manages GM Powertrain customer relationships and expands automotive sales opportunities. Develops proposals, sales plans, forecasts, pricing strategies, and profitability initiatives while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and customers. Supports technical and supply-chain issue resolution, regulatory and tariff considerations, customer events, negotiations, and lower-level colleague development. Requires automotive B2B sales experience, strong communication, analytical, project management, negotiation, and presentation skills, with travel up to 15%.

Assists with designing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing processes across machining, forming, plastics, welding, assembly, and material handling. Supports production planning, capacity analysis, facility layout, feasibility studies, cost estimates, technical documentation, process compliance, and problem resolution. Researches manufacturing technologies, implements approved improvements, prepares reports and presentations, and provides work instructions to technicians while applying PDCA and Kaizen principles.

Develops and delivers technical and competency-based training for advanced manufacturing employees. Collaborates with Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance to keep materials current, assesses training needs, manages vendor-delivered programs, coordinates certifications, oversees budgets, and leads training improvement projects. Provides guidance to less experienced trainers and supports continuous improvement across technical training processes.
