Own and manage all aspects of hosted events, including scheduling, marketing, logistics, budgeting, vendor management, onsite execution for 40–200+ attendees, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and post-event reporting and analysis to meet business objectives.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot automation systems with emphasis on machine vision and ML. Integrate AWS ML, program PLCs/HMIs, commission Fieldbus devices, perform testing/QA, support clients, document installs, and participate in design reviews and service calls.

Support marketing and alliances execution: create content and campaigns, manage MDF budgeting and partner relationships, administer partner portal and lead tracking, organize events and trade shows, support social media and market research, and collaborate with sales, HR, and cross-functional teams.

Lead delivery of small-to-medium IT projects: translate SOWs into plans, manage schedules, budgets, billing, risks, and stakeholders; direct cross-functional and virtual teams; implement project controls; resolve escalations; and handle HR responsibilities for project staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Support and sustain the Quality Management System and PLM processes, manage document control, define inspection/test criteria, run audits, perform root cause analysis and CAPA, conduct FMEA and process capability studies, maintain quality dashboards and KPIs, support supplier quality and onboarding, and deliver training and quality improvement initiatives.

Provide on-site technical support for Denali solutions: install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and software, conduct assessments, train client staff, document work, and collaborate with engineering to customize and improve systems while maintaining strong client communication and customer satisfaction.

Manage daily business operations, lead and develop an operations team, optimize processes, oversee procurement and customer support, analyze performance metrics, manage budgets and vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and present updates to senior management.

Lead global QC and QE functions across multiple sites to ensure consistent quality practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Develop QC/QE strategy, standardize inspections/audits/CAPA, monitor quality metrics, manage customer and supplier quality, lead cross-functional defect-reduction initiatives, and provide training and audit readiness support.
