Maintain and update mobile device management (MDM) policies and SOPs, support and onboard customer MDM platforms, monitor capacity and application health, troubleshoot complex system issues, deploy software updates, coordinate implementations and escalations, and provide consultation for iOS/Android devices and related hardware.

Design, develop, and lead ServiceNow solutions and integrations across ITSM/CMDB/Asset modules. Provide technical leadership on architecture, secure REST/webhook integrations, platform governance, upgrades, CI/CD, troubleshooting, and documentation. Drive best practices, code reviews, and scalability while partnering with product, security, and stakeholders to deliver maintainable, high-performance ServiceNow capabilities.
