Coordinates logistics, shipments, orders, schedules, documentation, customer communications, vendor relationships, and project reporting across multiple engagements. Supports Project Managers with issue resolution, budget-related purchase order tracking, cross-team coordination, and delivery workflow improvements. Provides informal guidance to junior coordinators and ensures projects remain on schedule while maintaining professional client service.

Process high-volume freight, vendor, expense, and PO invoices across multiple entities. Manage invoice intake, GL coding, vendor payments, reconciliations, aging reviews, and reporting using Sage or D365. Support payment runs, freight billing validation, PO reconciliation, vendor inquiries, and process improvements while collaborating with AP Manager and senior AP staff.

Develop, configure, and validate automation frameworks and test equipment for satellite hardware. Debug timing/synchronization issues, validate software-hardware interfaces, author and run automated regression suites, and ensure logging, traceability, and standards compliance while collaborating with electrical and mechanical engineers.
