Analyze business processes and organizational needs, translate insights into use cases and solution requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and recommend digital solutions. The role collaborates with IT teams, initiative managers, and external partners to support HR-related transformation initiatives, process redesign, testing, and implementation of new systems.

Develop and maintain data pipelines, models, database structures, and orchestrations on Microsoft Azure. Transform vessel, project, campaign, and third-party data into high-quality datasets and reports. Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements, support data scientists and report developers, and design modern cloud data solutions. The role requires strong data modeling, ER modeling, SQL or programming experience, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Provides executive and office administration support, including calendar and travel management, correspondence, meeting coordination, confidential records, vendor and facilities coordination, invoice processing, office supplies, visitor access, and workplace operations. Supports the Managing Director, front desk coverage, tender deliverables, employee travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks while ensuring deadlines, policies, and office services are managed effectively.
