Manage the technical performance, reliability, availability, profitability, and long-term maintenance strategy of up to three offshore vessels. Lead technical teams, oversee maintenance intervention projects, budgets, compliance, procurement, and contract activities, and coordinate with engineering and fleet intervention teams. Regularly visit vessels and collaborate with onboard and shore-based stakeholders to improve operational performance and ensure alignment with company strategy.

Provides temporary, part-time administrative support to Marine Operations by managing nautical publication orders, purchase requisitions, shipments, technical document printing, meeting room bookings, and invoice follow-up with Finance and suppliers.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India, validating inputs, preparing MIS reports, coordinating payments and statutory compliance, reconciling payroll with Finance, resolving discrepancies, supporting audits, maintaining confidential records, and improving payroll systems and processes.
