Build account and project strategies, coordinate technical and commercial teams (FAE, R&D), manage negotiations, maintain accurate CRM forecasting and a qualified sales funnel, and promote cross-business growth. Requires frequent regional and international travel (min. 40%).

Design and architect integrated electro-mechanical systems for automation and robotics. Lead system-level solutions, select and integrate sensors, actuators, PLCs and controllers, implement Industrial IoT and cloud monitoring, ensure standards compliance, run PoCs, testing, validation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Industry 4.0 solutions.

Drive strategic business development and key account management for power electronics in data center and grid-scale applications. Identify opportunities, track market and technology trends, manage customers through product lifecycles, meet sales targets, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and provide pipeline reporting and forecasts.

Act as the companys first point of contact; welcome visitors; manage front desk, office supplies, mail/couriers; process vendor invoices and assist finance; coordinate internal events and maintain organized workspaces.
