Lead HR operations across the Middle East and assigned territories as the primary HR business partner. Develop HR strategy, manage the full employee lifecycle, oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and administration, resolve employee relations matters, ensure employment-law compliance, and promote company values.
